As a former MMA participant, Joshua Balok can also include in your training session(s) multiple self defense skills (including ‍‍‍boxing, wrestling, submissive wrestling, karate and krav ma‍‍‍‍‍‍ga) to your individualized program as an add on to your personal training, or as the focal point of defensive training. Combining both will enable you to not only have the physical conditioning you want, but also the confidence to defend yourself competently. Once again, your training regiment will be designed for what you, the client, wants to achieve.
